How to Purchase

Monthly UPass Breeze Cards are available at the Transportation and Parking Services Office:
Location: 1945 Starvine Way, Suite 400B, Decatur, GA (Starvine Parking Deck, 4th level)
Sales Window: 25th day of the prior month through the 10th day of the current month.
Service Counter Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-3:00 pm
Payment Method: Credit/Debit card only (no cash)
Additional Graduate Student Benefits
Graduate students who do not pay for an annual parking permit and register to bike or walk as their primary commute can receive a 20-trip MARTA Breeze card (one per semester) as a backup commute mode.
