Flying into Atlanta? It’s easy to reach Emory’s main campus from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) using MARTA rail, MARTA bus routes, and Emory shuttles. All rail service begins at the Airport Station, located inside the terminal.
Multiple options are listed below, along with estimated trip times. Travel times vary based on time of day, transfers, weather, and traffic. Not all routes run at all times — check schedules before your trip.
Option 1: Lindbergh Station → MARTA Route 6 to Emory

At Airport Station, board the Gold Line MARTA rail northbound.

Ride to Lindbergh Center Station.

Exit and board MARTA Route 6 – Clifton Rd / Emory.

Ride southbound along Clifton Road to Emory (stop across from Woodruff Circle or other campus stops).

Option 2: Inman Park Station → MARTA Route 6 to Emory
